Print the jig that stops the mistake

Spare-part waiting is waste. So is a fixture that only exists in someone’s head. Lean Factories will take a photo, measurements, and a short description of the error — then sanity-check the CAD and print a first jig, tool holder, or machine clip.

Who this is for

One niche first: small manufacturers who need error-proofing fixtures, poka-yoke guides, tool holders, and the weird proprietary clip that is not worth a six-week OEM lead time.

This is the same idea as poka-yoke and 3D printing for factory productivity — applied to one physical part, not a new blog post.

How it works

  1. Upload a photo of the part, the gap, or the machine interface.
  2. Add measurements you already have (mm or inches). Approximate is fine; we will say if it is not enough.
  3. Describe the mistake you are trying to stop, or the downtime you are trying to cut.
  4. We run a first CAD pass, check dimensions and material, and come back with a printable part or a clear no.

This is not a chat window that ships overnight without a human. The first pass can be fast. Fit, material, and load still get a person.
